Basic Room & Board as Set by the NC Department of Health and Human Services.
Private Pay Residents – Assisted Living
Private Room: $2200 monthly (negotiable)
Semi-Private Room: $1750 monthly
All charges are for room and board only; prescriptions and other medical services are resident paid, either through private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or private pay.
